Wardrobe

Porto Marathon provides to the athletes a bag drop in the
start scene were they can leave their belongings and then collect them in the finish area. For this we offer bags and
self-adhesive with the race number to paste in the bags.
Those self-adhesive are on the envelope with the Bib and
chip.

 
     
 

Tea and Coffee

The organization have tea and coffee available for the participants on the Marathon and Family Race, in street
Júlio Dinis, on the start.

 
     
 

PacemakersPacemakers

 

 



For runners who aim for a given time, Porto Marathon is
offering you the chance to stick with the pace of an experienced runner. These pacemakers will run with an
easily visible baloon attached to them and they will run the marathon to their defined finish time.

Customs Convention Centre.

Expo Marathon will be located in Centro de Congressos da Alfandega do Porto. EXPO MARATONA - Edifício da Alfândega, Rua Nova da Alfândega, 4050-430 Porto, on 3rd and 4th of november, between 10.00am and 07.00pm.
You can collect your bib and have all the information you need about the event.

Race Start

Marathon.

The start of the Marathon will be given at 8:00am from the: Queimódromo (Parque da Cidade do Porto). The maximum time to enter the ranking is 06:00. Water points are located every 5km, as expected by the international regulations of the IAAF. The timing system is provided by RUNPORTO Timing.
The results will be online immediately after they have been certified.

Recovery Points Recovery Point:

Next to the finish line will be created a special tent for recovery and massage. All participants in the Marathon - 42k can have access to this point.


Pasta Party

Pasta Party - 2nd of november from 12:00 to 05:00 pm

Athletes must acquire the entry for the Pasta Party at the time of registration on the site, for all registered athletes (Marathon, Family Race and Fun Race) the price will be 6 €.
Others have to pay an entry fee of 9.00 €


ShowerShowers

At the end of the race, athletes can enjoy the showers available within the Parque da Cidade, Porto.

 


 

Fado Concert

4th November - 5pm

Porto Marathon prepared a special concert of Fado for all participants in this great event. This concert will take place on Saturday 2nd November, in the Expo Marathon at Edifício da Alfandega do Porto and it will begin by 5pm with free entrance for all participants in the Marathon, Family Race and Mini Marathon.

Room Capacity limited.

Fado

The “finisher” t-shirt Asics will be given to the all finishers of the marathon.
